About the Role:
As a New Home Sales Assistant, you'll play a key role in helping our clients find their dream homes. From showcasing our beautifully constructed properties to guiding buyers through the purchasing process, you'll be an integral part of our dynamic sales team. Working closely with our marketing and development teams, you'll ensure that every interaction with our clients is seamless, memorable, and true to the Grenadier Homes brand.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales:
Welcome clients to our model and inventory homes, highlighting key features and benefits
Provide product information and pricing details
Deliver exceptional customer service, building rapport with prospective buyers
Assist clients with questions in the absence of the New Home Sales Counselor
Capture client information to facilitate follow-up
Administrative:
Manage inventory of sales office supplies
Maintain client database and marketing materials
Generate sales, traffic, and prospect reports
Coordinate office upkeep and cleanliness
Communicate inventory changes and pricing updates
Update home signage and MLS listings
Assist with contracts, paperwork, and expense reporting
Requirements:
Preferred degree in Marketing
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Professional demeanor and appearance
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Innovative mindset with a focus on attracting buyers to our communities
Proficiency in social media marketing and event planning
Organizational skills with attention to detail
Self-motivated with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
Office management experience is a plus
Proficiency with technology and willingness to learn new tools
Reliable transportation and flexible schedule (including weekends)
