The Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and managing comprehensive marketing campaigns. This includes online advertising, social media marketing, SEO, and other digital channels. The goal is to create and implement strategies that resonate with our target audience by strengthening our brand awareness and promoting our service catalog. The ideal candidate will apply advanced analytics to increase marketing efficiencies, monitor digital media performance across multiple channels, optimize existing digital media campaigns, and work to achieve marketing goals and objectives within a marketing budget. The role will begin on a part-time basis (20 - 25 hours per week) with the ability to become full-time depending on the needs of the company. Seven Springs Wealth Group is a comprehensive financial planning and wealth management firm located in Brentwood, TN. We serve individuals and families, both locally and across the country, in a collaborative relationship through objective financial advice based on our clients' unique circumstances.
Duties/Responsibilities: This is ideal for a creative and strategic thinker who is passionate about crafting compelling marketing strategies and enhancing brand awareness Focus on driving performance within assigned markets by serving as the subject matter expert in digital lead generating marketing initiatives Manages the reporting and analysis of media performance Reviews and optimizes creative advertising in rotation Responsible for managing and optimizing our marketing technology architecture to better enable marketing and sales programs to drive business growth Enhance our digital marketing roadmap Social media marketing tools to create and maintain the company's brand Set key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media campaigns, such as targets for a certain number of shares or likes and measure a campaign's performance against the KPIs Work with freelancers/coworkers to keep blog current and build out content calendar Attend local and regional conferences to promote firm among relevant referral sources Required Skills/Abilities: Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Proven experience developing paid media campaigns Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines Ability to adapt to the needs of the organization and employees Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite  Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager management/maintenance – creation, reporting, maintaining ongoing knowledge of platform enhancements Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, business administration or related field An understanding of the wealth management/financial planning industry, strategic planning, marketing, and business analysis is valuable to this role Physical Requirements:  Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times  Employee Benefits: Competitive Salary + Bonus Potential Paid Holidays + PTO Weekly Work from Home Availability  If position becomes full-time, 401(k) with generous match and profit share If position becomes full-time, 401(k), $900 in company contributions to the following benefits: Medical Dental Vision Company Paid Life Insurance Additional Life Insurance Short-Term Disability Long-Term Disability Identity Theft Protection Pet Insurance Seven Springs Wealth Group is an equal opportunity employer.
