We are a growing Commercial General Contractor that is seeking an experienced Marketing professional to lead our marketing efforts.
The Marketing Manager is responsible for overseeing the branding, advertising, and promotion activities of the company. The position requires a well-rounded and experienced marketing professional that can develop and execute marketing plans, manage budgets, coordinate activities, and evaluate performance. The ideal candidate will have a background in marketing, marketing administration, and excellent communication skills.
Position Overview: The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing marketing plans to achieve organizational objectives. The role requires the ability to manage budgets, coordinate activities, and evaluate performance. And, some key daily activities will involve managing incoming RFQ's, packaging attractive proposals, professional photography, and essentially coordinating all marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage marketing plans to meet company objectives Create and execute marketing campaigns to engage and acquire customers Manage marketing budgets and assess the effectiveness of campaigns Coordinate marketing activities with other departments Monitor and report on key performance indicators Leverage analytics to optimize campaigns and budgets Analyze industry trends and consumer data Stay up to date on marketing trends and new technologies Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field 3-5 years of experience in Marketing or a related field Strong understanding of marketing concepts and principles Experience with marketing analytics and budget management Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Knowledge of marketing administrative processes Benefits 401K
