Marketing Intern - Remote

Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented Marketing Intern to join our team and make an impact! As a crucial support member, you'll collaborate with our marketing team to craft compelling communications, media, and advertising materials. These materials will be instrumental in showcasing our services to both existing customers and potential clients. This role offers the flexibility of remote work with occasional in-office meetings for team collaboration and essential tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you'll be responsible for:
Crafting engaging marketing copy for both internal and external use, spanning from guides and presentations to videos and infographics.
Designing and producing promotional materials across various mediums, including print, digital, and video.
Writing captivating copy for marketing and communication materials such as press releases, infographics, and social media posts.
Collaborating with team members to gather assets like images, logos, and content for creative projects.
Researching and suggesting innovative ideas to enhance our brand presence.
Supporting social media communication efforts, including updating content and participating in weekly strategy discussions with the management team.
Coordinating company events, including tradeshows, sponsorships, chamber events, and educational sessions.
Assisting in the development of targeted market strategies to drive growth.
Minimum Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you'll need:
An associate degree is preferred.
Proficiency in Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator is advantageous.
Strong familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint.
Exceptional communication and listening skills.
A customer-centric approach and the ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
Strong multitasking abilities to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
Experience in technical writing is a plus.
