JOIN OUR TEAM! Vera French is looking for a Marketing & Communications Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting the marketing team to execute comprehensive marketing strategies. This individual will assist in planning, organizing, and implementing various marketing initiatives to promote the organization's products or services. The Marketing Coordinator is expected to be an excellent communicator, detail-oriented and proactive team player with strong organizational and communication skills
WHAT YOU'LL DO: Assist in developing and implementing Vera French's brand strategy. Ensure that all marketing efforts serve immediate and long-term business goals by identifying and executing improvements for processes and content. Usage of various existing social media tools and creation of new social media platforms to inform Vera French clients, potential employees, potential donors, and the community on programs and services available. Assist with creation and implementation of strategic development plans for communications, including creating and maintaining inventory of program brochures. May attend various meetings to report and provide support or input based on communication efforts. Will participate in various events such as Mental Health Month, Mental Health Awareness Night at the Ballpark, Employee Well-Being Fair, Gala, community events and others. Assist in creating videos to bridge key messages of support and outreach. Assist with creation of press releases/announcements. WHAT YOU'LL NEED: Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field Proven working experience in digital marketing or marketing coordination. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Outstanding writing and editing skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and can-do attitude. This position will work closely with members of Leadership, Program Managers and staff members. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize, and problem-solve.
