Responsibilities
• Leads a mix of automation, analytics, data flows and technology• Develops overall CRM strategy• Oversees end-to-end management of marketing data strategy• Leads development of user journeys, automation platforms, data segmentation and personalization• Analyzes and reports complex sets of data• Acts as a Center of Excellence for marketing data• Conducts data hygiene reviews• Collaborates with IT for data governance practices• Collaborates with key internal business partners• Performs all duties as assigned
Requirements
• Minimum of 8 years experience leading successful CRM efforts• Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud data integrations• Strong knowledge of AMPscript and SQL• Working knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS• Experience with email marketing strategy, database segmentation, and analytics• Proficient in Microsoft Suite, especially Excel• Knowledge of test and learn practices• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
