Marketing Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:

Kimberly-Clark is seeking a remote Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic team in Dallas, Texas. This part-time entry-level position is perfect for individuals with at least 1 year of experience who are looking to kickstart their career in marketing. As a Marketing Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the Marketing team with various tasks to ensure the successful execution of marketing campaigns and strategies.

Responsibilities:- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans and strategies- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities- Coordinate marketing activities such as events, promotions, and campaigns- Create and distribute marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and social media content- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and provide insights and recommendations- Collaborate with team members to brainstorm ideas and solutions- Maintain and update databases with relevant information- Assist with administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field- Strong written and verbal communication skills- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite- Resilient and confident personality traits- Ability to manage people and work effectively in a team environment- Excellent time management and organizational skills- Previous experience in marketing or a related field is preferred
