Job Summary:
As a Salaried Quality Engineer (Excel Specialist) at Paarlo Plastics Inc, you will spearhead quality initiatives and processes using advanced Excel capabilities. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, utilizing your Excel proficiency to analyze data, streamline workflows, and implement effective quality control measures. This role presents a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on product/service quality through innovative Excel-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Excel-Based Quality Analysis:
Utilize advanced Excel functions and formulas to analyze quality data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
Develop custom Excel spreadsheets and dashboards to track quality metrics and visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
Implement macros and automation scripts to streamline repetitive quality control tasks and enhance efficiency.
Quality Assurance Enhancement:
Leverage Excel to develop comprehensive quality assurance protocols and procedures tailored to the unique needs of our organization.
Create Excel-based templates and checklists to standardize quality inspection processes and ensure consistency across operations.
Harness Excel's capabilities to conduct root cause analysis and implement
corrective/preventive
actions effectively.
Excel-Driven Reporting:
Design and generate detailed quality reports using Excel, presenting findings and recommendations to management and stakeholders.
Develop dynamic Excel-based reporting tools that provide real-time insights into quality performance and drive continuous improvement efforts.
Collaborate with team members to integrate Excel reports into existing quality management systems for enhanced visibility and transparency
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field. or comparable experience
Proven experience in quality engineering or a similar role, with a strong emphasis on Excel proficiency.
Advanced knowledge of Excel functions, formulas, macros, and data analysis techniques.
Familiarity with quality management principles, standards, and methodologies.
Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
Certification in Excel or related areas is a plus.
