$30-$34/hr a 6% shift differential!! Manufacturing Equipment Maintenance Technician Responsibilities: Troubleshoot & support manufacturing and facility equipment. Assist in the installation and maintenance of utility systems and equipment components for electrical power distribution, instrumentation, and controls, electrical machinery, responsible for knowledge of codes and standards. Perform preventive and predictive maintenance Identify and address any unsafe conditions related to electrical safety, shielding and guarding, safety interlocks, and emergency stops. Qualifications of Manufacturing Equipment Maintenance Technician: A High School diploma or equivalent is minimally required. A minimum of 2-4 years of technical mechanical and/or electrical experience or a combination of experience and education. Minimum 2-4 years of related maintenance experience and/or combination training in the following trades: electrical, electronics/controls. Allen Bradley PLC experience is a plus. Other equivalent electrical experience may be considered, but only with a proven record of self-development and continuous learning.4 years related to automated equipment experience. Experience with control and power wiring. Experience with low and high-voltage power. Ability to work well with minimal direction and within teams. Ability to use hand and machine shop tools. Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interpersonal interactions. Proven solid understanding of mechanical, pneumatic, lubrication, electrical systems, and industrial automation. Capable of troubleshooting automated equipment, electronics, sensors, motors, servos, and pneumatics. Position will require working in a wide variety of environments including office, laboratory, hazardous chemical production, cleanroom, general production, and warehouse, occasionally outdoors around the site, on roof-tops, in mechanical spaces, interstitial spaces, etc. Special requirements
