Transmission Services is looking for a proven training manager to lead our craft and technical training programs. In this role, you and your team will partner with Construction & Maintenance leaders, Transmission senior leadership, Safety Services and others to ensure our field training serves to build a highly skilled, proficient workforce committed to reliability, safety and quality. This position is responsible for the design, procurement, and in some cases, delivery of in-house training for our field staff. These programs include overseeing the development and delivery of training for substation electricians, highline workers, equipment operators, diagnostic technicians, construction workers and apprentices.
