Reddit’s Finance team is seeking a Sales Compensation Manager who will report directly to the Strategic Finance Team and will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing effective sales compensation programs. Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for developing, administering and overseeing a world class sales incentive compensation program
Lead change management processes, assessing system-wide impacts of decisions and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and long-term strategy.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the organization to develop, reassess, and implement the compensation program for all sales channels.
Program manage and lead the ongoing evolution of compensation plans, facilitating year-over-year changes with a focus on long-term vision and impact assessment.
Project manage the year-over-year compensation change process, driving workflows across multiple stakeholders to successful completion.
Benchmark competitive practices to ensure sales plans drive results and help attract and retain key sales talent
Work closely with sales leadership to understand commissionable roles and their go-to-market strategies, ensuring alignment of compensation plans with business objectives.
Cultivate and utilize a deep understanding of the company's key strategic goals to propose, revise, and implement compensation plans that are effective, operational, and fiscally responsible.
Develop scalable processes and automation solutions to support the company's growth and optimize compensation operations.
Define and build operational guidelines around commission metrics, ensuring clarity and consistency in measurement and reporting.

Qualifications:
7+ years of experience in sales compensation design and management.
Proven experience in project management, with a track record of driving complex initiatives to successful completion.
Strong understanding of Salesforce and G Suite, with the ability to leverage these tools to streamline processes and workflows.
Familiarity with basic Revenue Accounting principles 
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Strategic mindset with the ability to think long-term and anticipate future needs and challenges.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality in all aspects of work.
Able to work independently and take initiative
