Responsibilities Responsible for the day-to-day supervision of the technical services to corporate based customer service call center and directly with the end user. Oversee corporate installation activities for your direct reports. Assist with the oversight of product performance including lifecycle, warranty, reliability, performance, field campaigns, technical assistance and publications. Act as product expert and aides and assists in both the marketing and sales process. This position reports to the General Manager - Customer Support - Automation and Emerging Technologies Qualifications 5-7 years' related experience High school graduate or equivalent Must have valid driving privileges Frequent travel (6-20%) Frequent overnight stays (6-20%) Preferred Qualifications Technical or Business degree, with a minor or equivalent field experience in software support and network administration. Supervisory experience. Mechanical aptitude, excellent computer and interpersonal skills are necessary for this position. Must be self-motivated, willing to travel, and comfortable speaking in front of small groups. Bi-lingual language skills would be beneficial.
