Responsibilities
• Follows make-ready checklist to complete repairs and improvements• Inspects sheetrock and makes repairs, caulks and seals windows, etc.• Maintains inventory of supplies and equipment needed for make-ready tasks• Assists with property curb appeal by cleaning, painting, etc.• Complies with safety and risk-management policies• Delivers high level of customer service• Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent• At least 1 year of experience in maintenance or related field preferred• General knowledge in skilled trades including construction, repair, and maintenance• Good organizational skills and attention to detail• Successful completion of background check and possessing a valid driver's license
Key Skills Needed
• General knowledge in a variety of skilled trades• HVAC experience a plus
