Renewing Management Inc. is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician - Turnover Specialist for our Hidden Elms community located in Newburgh, IN. The Turnover Specialist is responsible for bringing vacant apartments to a Market Ready status within 7 working days.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Removal of heavy objects (such as furniture) in a safe an organized manner
Re-keying of locks following exit of prior resident
Drywall Patching and Repair
Complete minor repairs within apartment units performing Electrical, Plumbing and Carpentry as needed
Ability to respond to Emergency Calls
Respond to Emergency Service requests and property disasters (fires, floods, freezes, etc.)
Ensure Safety Protocol is being followed.
Support property grounds maintenance as needed
Provide supplemental support to maintenance team, completing work orders as needed in occupied units.
Perform minor Service Requests
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Positive can-do attitude
Ability to self-direct
Ability to work in adverse weather conditions
Hand tools necessary to do the job.
Foundational working knowledge of general maintenance and construction trades such as electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, etc.
EDUCATION, TRAINING AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
High School Diploma
1 to 3 years of work-related experience
