Supervises and coordinates maintenance crew activitiesParticipates in and schedules response to work ordersPerforms routine preventive maintenance and inspections

Responsibilities
• Supervise and participate in plumbing fixture replacement and repair• Supervise and participate in secondary electrical circuit repair and alteration• Supervise and participate in electrical appliance repair or replacement• Supervise and participate in facilities repair and replacement• Supervise and participate in HVAC equipment checking, resetting, and repair• Estimate costs of repair jobs and assist in scheduling preventative maintenance• Maintain records of building systems and make reports to supervisor• Coordinate inspection and repair of building automation and fire safety systems• Ensure code compliance with safety codes• Perform similar or related duties as assigned or required
Requirements
• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)• Eight (8) years of experience related to duties• Valid Driver's License
