What's a typical day as a Machine Operator? You'll be:
• Loading component parts into assembly machine in accordance with the part numbers called out on the production order
• Verifying that parts used match parts called for in production specifications
• Checking work in progress for defects and maintaining quality standards per standard operating procedures
• Completing necessary paperwork, making minor adjustments to machinery and referring major issues to mechanic or supervisor
• Reporting to the Production Supervisor
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a High School Diploma or equivalent
• Have technical school and/or appropriate on the job training
• Possess excellent communication skills and ability to read/write English
• Are able to work in a standing position for long periods of time
• Have the ability to lift up to 50lbs
• Are able to work in a fast-paced environment
