Operates a variety of CNC production equipment to manufacture products to specifications by performing the following duties:
Operates CNC production equipment to produce products in accordance with requirements including quality and output following verbal and written instructions. Completes CNC equipment adjustments and tooling changes to maintain compliance with specifications and quality procedures. Inspects parts and documents findings on appropriate paperwork as needed. Records length of time and quantity of materials used for each job. Maintains work areas in a clean, orderly, and safe manner to include returning tools to designated areas. Adheres to established policies and procedures paying special attention to safety regulations &Notifies management of product discrepancies, equipment malfunctions and/or personal injuries. Ability to operate various CNC production equipment with proper training and instruction. Ability to use standard measurement equipment. Previous Manufacturing experience.
