LPN Duties: - Administer direct patient care, including assessment, treatment, and medication administration.
- Collaborate with therapists to devise and execute personalized care plans.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and symptoms, promptly notifying physicians and other healthcare providers of any changes.
- Educate patients and their families on their conditions and treatment regimens.
