Responsibilities
• Track and trace inbound freight shipments• Build partnerships with vendors, carriers, and DC locations• Provide support and analysis to merchants regarding merchandise whereabouts• Communicate opportunities and take actions to maintain/improve service• Escalate issues that may cause delays in shipments• Communicate critical information to internal and external partners• Proactively identify and solve operational issues• Anticipate potential performance failures• Analyze and monitor vendor performance• Prioritize tasks and workload based on business impact• Coordinate and drive recap meetings with merchant and leadership teams• Build and maintain relationships with key vendors• Recap KPI and scorecards and discuss improvement opportunities• Flexibility in work schedule during peak season
Requirements
• 1-3 years of Logistics and/or Supply Chain experience• Ability to interact with various stakeholders• Knowledge of Microsoft Office• College degree preferred• Effective communication and problem-solving skills• Good organization and time management skills• Collaboration and teamwork abilities• Goal-setting skills• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
