Qualifications

High School diploma or general education degreet (GED)
•
Minimum of 1 year of prior related logistics lead experience in a manufacturing field
•
Proven experience in logistics or supply chain management, preferably in the recycling industry or a manufacturing environment
•
Strong understanding of inventory management systems and lean manufacturing principles
•
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
•
Ability to analyze data and use it to make informed decisions
Responsibilities

The role also involves maintaining accurate inventory levels, implementing sustainability practices, and leveraging technology to streamline operations

Develop and manage relationships with suppliers of recyclable materials (CieTrade) to ensure a consistent and timely supply of inputs
•
Coordinate with sales and distribution channels to ensure that finished goods are delivered to customers promptly and efficiently
•
Oversee inventory control processes to maintain accurate records of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods
