The successful candidate will work closely with Production team, Sales-Ecom team and warehousing team.Objective of this role:Monitor supply chains and shipments.Engage in regular communication with stakeholders.Ensure timely schedules for client orders.Maintain accurate and consistent records.Address errors to promote customer satisfaction.Manage inventory.Duties: Regularly update customer ordersCommunication and follow-up the processing of orders Coordinate on daily basis with USA logistics and production team.Preparing shipping documentations.Coordinating with internal stakeholder on orders and delivery schedules.Managing stock levels and regular inventory reconciliations. Managing logistics internationally for cost effective deliveries Additional responsibilities might come up in SC&L in line with business requirements.To excel in this role, you will have: 2+ years of experience in similar role.Experience in shipment and order management. Experience in project management would be great.Come from a coordinating background.
