Logistics Clerk - Remote

We are seeking a dedicated Logistics Clerk to join our dynamic team. This remote position will have you playing a crucial role in our operations, managing both inbound and outbound communications and ensuring smooth logistical processes.
Responsibilities:
Efficiently handle incoming and outgoing calls.
Manage customer service exceptions through timely and accurate email communications.
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
Track shipments and ensure timely updates using standard transportation management procedures.
Resolve low visibility issues effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
A high school diploma or equivalent.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word, including use of styles, mail merge, tabs, tables, columns, graphics, fields, headers, footers, and document formatting.
Experience in customer service or call center environments is preferred.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of effective internal and external correspondence.
