The Opportunity The Forum Secretariat invites suitably experienced and qualified individuals to apply for the vacant position of Temporary Finance Clerk. The position is administratively accountable to the Team Leader - Finance, through the Financial Accountant and will work closely with the Finance team to advance the responsibilities of the unit. Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Invoices Monthly allocation Journal Liquor Inventory Management Aged Receivable Other Duties Applicants should have a Diploma in Business and or Accounting with at least 3 years' prior experience in a clerical or administrative role. Possess excellent PC-based computer skills, good communication skills, and must be a team player.
Candidates with ability to learn tasks fast and get work done efficiently and within time frame specified.
The Benefits The position carries a competitive and attractive remuneration and benefits package including medical and life insurance. The position is placed at our Support level with a starting base salary range from F$19,128 to $21,519 at Band 4 on our salary scale .
