As a Live Chat Representative at Aflac in New York City, New York, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service and support through our online chat platform. This role offers the opportunity to engage with customers in real-time, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting Aflac's products and services.

Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through the live chat platform- Assist customers with account-related questions, claims processing, policy inquiries, and billing concerns- Utilize persuasive communication skills to promote Aflac's products and services to customers- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer experiences- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Stay up-to-date on Aflac's products, services, and industry trends

Requirements:- 2 years of experience in a customer service or sales role- Driven and hardworking personality traits- Strong interpersonal and communication skills- Ability to think strategically and plan effectively- Proficient in using online chat platforms and customer service software- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
