Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Live Chat Manager to join our team at Hershey. This is a part-time remote position based in New York City, New York. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 7 years of experience in customer service or chat support, the Live Chat Manager will be responsible for managing our live chat channels and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:1. Lead a team of live chat agents to provide excellent customer service and support.2. Monitor chat conversations to ensure quality and consistency in responses.3. Develop and implement chat support strategies to improve customer experience and efficiency.4. Train and onboard new chat agents to ensure they are knowledgeable and capable of handling customer inquiries.5. Analyze chat data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.6. Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and provide feedback for product improvements.7. Manage chat schedules and ensure coverage during peak hours.8. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all chat interactions.

Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.2. 7 years of experience in customer service, chat support, or a related field.3. Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.5. Confident and hardworking personality traits.6. Strong people management and time management skills.7. Proficiency in chat support software and CRM systems.8. Ability to work independently and remotely.
