Raytheon Technologies is seeking a motivated and experienced Live Chat Associate to join our dynamic team. This position offers the opportunity to work from home in Washington, D.C., US on a part-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through live chat interactions while maintaining a high level of professionalism and efficiency.

Responsibilities:- Engage with customers in real-time through live chat to provide support, answer questions, and address concerns- Utilize knowledge of products and services to effectively assist customers with their inquiries- Handle multiple chat sessions simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency- Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up as needed- Stay up to date on product updates, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements:- 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field- Adaptable and confident personality traits- Strong emotional intelligence and critical thinking skills- Excellent written communication skills- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment- Proficiency in typing and navigating online platforms- High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
