Live Chat Assistant - Work From Home

Job Description:

AutoNation is seeking a reliable and dedicated Live Chat Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis and work from home in Denver, Colorado. As a Live Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat interactions.

Responsibilities:- Responding to customer inquiries and providing accurate information in a timely manner through live chat- Assisting customers with product information, pricing, and availability- Troubleshooting customer issues and escalating to the appropriate department if necessary- Maintaining a positive and friendly attitude while engaging with customers- Documenting customer interactions and updating customer profiles as needed- Following up with customers to ensure their satisfaction with the service provided

Requirements:- Associate Level seniority with a minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service role- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Strong decision-making and strategic planning abilities- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and use new software programs- Reliable and dedicated to providing outstanding customer service- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines- Experience with live chat platforms is a plus
