Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and independent Live Chat Assistant to join our team at XPO Logistics. This is a remote work position based in Seattle, Washington, US. As a Live Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients through online chat platforms.
Responsibilities:- Manage incoming chat inquiries from customers and provide timely and accurate responses- Assist customers with tracking orders, resolving issues, and answering product/service related questions- Work closely with the sales and customer service teams to ensure a seamless online experience for customers- Utilize critical thinking skills to troubleshoot and solve customer problems effectively- Maintain a professional and positive attitude in all customer interactions- Ensure customer satisfaction and retention through proactive communication and problem-solving- Collaborate with team members to continuously improve chat support processes and strategies
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience- Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or related field- Excellent written communication skills- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively- Strong critical thinking skills and attention to detail- People management skills to effectively handle customer inquiries and complaints- Proficiency in MS Office and customer service software- Hardworking and dedicated to providing top-notch customer support
