Responsibilities
• Learn and execute Red Robin's style of food preparation• Cut, sauté, broil, fry, and cook various meals• Prepare meats, fish, poultry, vegetables, soups, salads, and other ingredients• Follow proper food safety and sanitation guidelines• Maintain a clean and organized work station
Requirements
• Must be at least 18 years old for most roles• 17 years old accepted for Host/Hostess positions in all states except New Hampshire• Preferably 6+ months of restaurant cooking experience• No experience required• Ability to work in a high-volume restaurant environment• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
