Position: Sales Representative (Insurance Sales - Work from Home)

Responsibilities:
Product Presentation and Sales: Strategically present the features and value of our Life Insurance products to potential customers, effectively communicating their benefits and suitability.
Relationship Development: Cultivate strong, open, and honest relationships with prospects to facilitate sales closure and foster customer loyalty.
Goal Achievement: Exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets for new customer acquisition, both individually and as part of a team effort.
Progress Tracking: Document interactions with prospects and monitor goal attainment using designated systems.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and market opportunities relevant to our offerings.
Requirements:
Sales Experience: Preferred but not mandatory.
Licensing: If not already licensed in Health/Life insurance, willingness to obtain state licensure if selected for the position.
Relationship Management: Excellent ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
Goal-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
