Meridian HealthCare is looking to hire a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work in our Warren outpatient opioid treatment program and primary care office, with rotations to our Youngstown office. WORK SCHEDULE FOR A LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE (LPN)
This position will be required to cover our outpatient clinic hours, typically works M-F 7:00 am - 3:00 pm, with coverage of our daily dosing nurse position 5:30 am - 1:00 pm as needed. Our day shift Licensed Practical Nurses also work on a Saturday dosing rotation with other nurses (5:00 am - 11:00 am).

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A DAY SHIFT LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE (LPN)
As a day shift Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you assist in providing healthcare to patients across our agency. Working from the comfort of our medical office, you perform Vital Signs, Medical Histories and Nursing Assessment and assist the physician as needed in the performance of special medical procedures in our Opioid Treatment Program as well as Primary Care services to include family practice, chiropractic/acupuncture and Psychiatric Services. You also help with patient education and health teaching techniques relative to patient care. Patients appreciate your friendly demeanor as you treat them with empathy and respect.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR A DAY SHIFT LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE (LPN)
Current Ohio L.P.N. Nursing License P.R. Certification or willing to complete certification Knowledge of Chemical Dependency preferred Can you provide professional and compassionate nursing care?
