Licensed Practical Nurse

Pulse Clinical Alliance is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse in Tahlequah, OK. Job Details: Contract: 6 weeks Pay Rate: $34/hr Shift:  Days - 36hrs/weeks - 7 am-7 pm Experience: 2 years of LPN Med/Surg experience, Pediatric experience experience heavily preferred  Requirements: OK LPN License or compact Cerner EMR experience required BLS ACLS PALS NIHSS Description: Hospice nurses are registered nurses who care for terminally ill patients. They develop care plans for individual patients, monitor patients' conditions, and provide guidance and support to patients and their families. They work in private homes, residential care facilities, nursing centers, and other hospice care environments.
Collaborating on terminally ill patients' care with physicians, social workers, chaplains, nursing assistants, and other stakeholders. Preparing and adjusting patient care plans as needed. Frequently visiting patients to monitor vital signs and physical comfort levels. Performing prescribed treatments and administering pain management medications.
