That's why we have our Care Coordination team that is available anytime you need them.Currently, we are in need of experienced LPNs that are ready to set their own schedule and take charge of their career in healthcare to assist CarePRN with staffing a facility in Wayne, Oakland and Macomb county.Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Responsibilities:Collect information for the case to report to case managerAccurately monitor and track clients' overall health and medical history during every visitTake and record measurements of blood pressure, temperature, heart rate etc.Change bandages, wound dressings, and catheters, among other related healthcare tasksVerify clients are taking the correct dosages of medicationsRemain on-call for clients who have healthcare emergenciesWill be working under and RNRequirements:Must have LPL License/certificationMust have BLS License /certificationMust have LVN License/ CertificationMust have previous experience as a LPNMust be able to provide 2 Step TB skin test/ Tspot results, covid vaccination, flu vaccination, and photo IDMust be able to pass a background checkReliable transportationAbility to adapt and have confidence in multiple healthcare settings
