Therapist Job Description:We are currently seeking dedicated and qualified therapists to join our team, with both full-time and part-time positions available. Full-time therapists typically handle 20-30 sessions per week, while part-time therapists handle 10-20 sessions per week. Rates for temporary licensed providers start at $35 for 45-minute sessions and $50 for assessments, with potential increases based on license status, credentials, and experience. Salary negotiations are conducted during the interview process and may vary for exceptional applicants seeking full-time employment.Job Duties:Provide ongoing therapy to individuals, couples, or families in various settings such as our office locations, in-home (CMHW), school-based, or via teletherapy.Conduct initial assessments of new clients to gather diagnostic information, set goals, develop treatment plans, and introduce clients to our services.Offer clinical supervision to Behavioral Health Counselors on an as-needed basis.Establish rapport and maintain professional relationships with clients and collateral contacts like schools, doctors, and DHS.Complete assessment and social histories, psychotherapy notes, treatment plans, and discharge reports accurately and promptly.Attend monthly staff meetings and quarterly clinical meetings as required.Perform other duties as needed or assigned.Qualified Candidates:Must be licensed in the state of Iowa: LMHC/LMHC, LMFT/LMFT, or LMSW/LISW.
