If you meet our Required Qualifications, which include:
Minimum of 2 years of Prior Captive Agency (preferably Allstate) P&C Insurance Sales Experience.
Minimum of 1 year of prior remote work experience.
Proven track record of selling a minimum of 40 items per month on average for the last 1+ year.

In-house marketing team to provide leads
Responsibilities:
Solicit for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
Feel comfortable and confident in making 100+ calls per day to prospective clients.
Prospect for clients via phone, internet, and in-person.
Develop referral partnerships with other business professionals.
Evaluate client needs and make professional recommendations.
Educate potential clients on the importance of having proper coverage.
Requirements:
MUST have a valid Property & Casualty Insurance License.
MUST have a minimum of 2 years selling P&C Insurance in a Captive Agency Setting (Allstate experience highly preferred).
MUST have knowledge of a commissioned sales role and have the competitive desire to earn commissions by selling insurance policies.
MUST have experience working remotely and have a quiet, private, dedicated workstation set up for an office.
Have a proven track record of dependability & reliability showing up to work as scheduled, on time.
Have an upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude.
Great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
Ability to create relationships from a cold start and able to handle customer rejection.
Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful, and coachable.
Proficiency to multi-task, follow-through, and follow-up.
Excellent communication/interpersonal skills.
Previous Allstate Insurance Experience highly preferred.
