Responsibilities
• Overseeing the resident life cycle• Maintaining a professional and friendly atmosphere• Conducting community tours and showcasing amenities• Following up with prospective residents• Communicating with maintenance team for move-in readiness• Completing lease and renewal applications• Shopping competitors and reporting findings• Inspecting models and vacant units for cleanliness• Answering phone calls and emails• Assisting with resident events and activities
Requirements
• Prior customer service experience required• Prior leasing experience preferred• Weekends required• Excellent customer service, sales, and closing skills required• Strong understanding of Microsoft Office• Desire to learn and take initiative• Pro-active problem solver• Driven team player• May require a Driver's License and insurance
