Responsibilities
• Design, develop, schedule, and deliver effective in-person, virtual, and on-demand educational opportunities• Identify and assess the training needs of Technology Advisors and employees• Create and update training materials, modules, and assessments• Utilize various training methods, including e-learning, instructor-led training, on-the-job training, and blended learning• Travel to observe in-person educational events and conferences• Continuously evaluate program effectiveness• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver top-notch training• Maintain and update training records and reports
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in education, instructional design, human resources, or related field; or equivalent work experience• Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development, with at least 2 years of experience in the Telecom industry• Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theory• Experience with learning management systems, e-learning tools, and virtual learning platforms• Experience creating impactful in-person, virtual, and on-demand learning experiences• Excellent communication, public speaking, and interpersonal skills• Strong project management skills• Ability to travel for short periods as required
