The company employs in house detailing, engineering and erection processes.Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Project Manager to oversee structural steel and miscellaneous metal fabrication projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management within the steel fabrication industry and possess the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Responsibilities:Manage all aspects of structural steel and miscellaneous metal fabrication projects from inception to completion.Coordinate with clients, engineers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met within budget and schedule constraints.Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and track project progress accordingly.Oversee procurement of materials and equipment necessary for project execution.Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address any issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.Lead project meetings and effectively communicate project status updates to stakeholders.Mentor and provide guidance to project team members to ensure successful project delivery.Utilize StruMIS software for project management and documentation purposes.Collaborate with design and engineering teams to resolve any technical challenges that may arise during fabrication.Ensure quality control measures are implemented throughout the fabrication process to meet industry standards and client expectations.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field.Proven experience as a project manager in the structural steel fabrication industry, with a strong understanding of miscellaneous metal fabrication processes.Proficiency in StruMIS software is preferred, or willingness to undergo training.Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with the flexibility to manage projects of varying sizes and complexity.Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.Knowledge of industry regulations, codes, and standards related to structural steel fabrication.Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Prior experience managing large-scale projects with tight deadlines is highly desirable.Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment for all project personnel.This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to join our dynamic team and play a key role in delivering high-quality structural steel and miscellaneous metal fabrication projects.
