Calling all experts in cold calling, lead generation, internet sales, debt collection, telemarketing, and outbound call centers! Are you seeking a role with ample room for advancement? Look no further! Here is your chance to become part of Custom Fabricating & Supplies, where our Lead Generator plays a vital role in our sales pipeline. In this position, you will reach out to potential business-to-business (B2B) clients, engaging them across various channels to nurture them into leads for our sales team. The ideal candidate will be comfortable making 200-300 calls per week and sending emails through our CRM system.
At Custom Fabricating & Supplies, we aim to not only generate sales leads but also create growth opportunities for our Lead Generators. Successful performance in this role could lead to advancement opportunities, potentially into a Customer Service Representative position as our team expands.
Join our CFS family and submit your resume today! Responsibilities: Execute targeted B2B cold calling/email campaigns to generate new business leads. Refine strategies based on feedback and results. Qualify leads, identify decision-makers, and gather essential information using our CRM system. Communicate necessary information to the Sales team for continued lead nurturing. Document and track calls and results in our CRM system and engage in timely follow-ups. Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets. Maintain a basic knowledge of our products and services to address questions or concerns. Learn and follow the CFS Quality Policy. Adhere to stated policies and procedures. Pursue personal development of skills and knowledge necessary for effective performance. Maintain a positive customer relations approach towards visitors, customers, and employees. Maintain a high level of confidentiality on all matters involving Custom Fabricating & Supplies. Perform additional tasks as assigned. Skills and Knowledge Necessary for Effective Performance: Self-motivated. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Ability to handle objections and rejections gracefully. Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities with accuracy and confidentiality. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to build relationships with clients. People-oriented and results-driven. Professional demeanor. Ability to comprehend and follow instructions. Ability to problem-solve. Ability to work individually as well as part of a team. Organized with attention to detail. Excellent time management skills. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent. Cold calling experience, preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. CRM experience, preferred.
