Compensation and Benefits: Annual Base Salary: Starting at $223K, with potential increases based on experience and proficiencies. On-call Compensation: Weeknights: $250/night Weekend days: $1,200 Cardiac coverage: $250/night, $500/day Overtime/call back: $175/hr Contract Flexibility: Open to W-2 or 1099 arrangements. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operational management and direct CRNA assignments. Foster a culture of open communication and collaboration with surgeons and medical staff. Ensure high-quality, efficient patient care by providing leadership, direction, and feedback. Promote exceptional customer service to both patients and staff. Participate in interviewing prospective physicians and advanced practice providers. Engage with a variety of medical cases across multiple specialties, including Otolaryngology, Gastroenterology, and Orthopedic surgery, among others.
