GPAC is seeking a Full time School Based Administrator(LCPC, LCSW-C) to oversee their programs within Baltimore County school districts.
We are searching for a fully licensed clinician preferably with supervisory experience to support our Director of School-Based services in a variety of ways including attainment and gathering of measurement data required for our program.
Job description:
* Supporting the Director of School-Based Services by gathering measurement data required for the programs
* Acting as a floater to provide coverage at schools when the assigned therapist is unavailable
* Collaborating with school staff as per the agreement with the public school system
* Coordinating with the company's treatment team, including psychiatric rehabilitation staff and prescribers
* Maintaining meticulous records and creating reports on program efficacy using data from participating students and families
* Ensuring adherence to HIPAA standards, state regulations, CARF standards, professional ethics, and confidentiality protocols
* Providing treatment for mental health disorders using trauma-informed, client-centered approaches
* Demonstrating cultural competence in working with diverse client backgrounds

* Licensure in Maryland as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and or Licensed Clinical Social Worker-Clinical
