Job Description The Laboratory Assistant is an entry-level position to learn basic laboratory
technician skills. May also provide non-technical support services to other
laboratory personnel.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
? Assists Laboratory Technicians in preparation of samples for analysis.
? Collects and prepares materials and supplies for laboratory.
? Prepares routine forms and reports.
? May assist technicians in conducting routine analyses.
? Assists other laboratory areas as needed.
? Cleans work area(s) to maintain a safe working environment.
? Stocks laboratory supplies.
Qualifications Education:
High school diploma or equivalent with general knowledge of scientific field

None required
