Our Talent Advisor is accountable for: Ensuring high level of talent engagement through execution of programs that drive redeployment and retention
Payroll and/or Compliance – actively resolving issues to ensure Talent are paid weekly and remain active in appropriate absence management system
Flexing within the Talent Care & Fulfillment Team to ensure strong service delivery on behalf of Kelly Education
Essential Skills: Understanding of HR/staffing practices such as ADA, off-boarding, talent management, employment law, contract language, etc. preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Highly organized, efficient at multi-tasking, and strong follow-through skills required
Self-motivated with keen sense of prioritization, time management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – verbal and written
Seeking minimum of 2+ years of Education, Staffing, Human Resources, Talent Management, and/or related area of expertise. This is a virtual position for our Kelly Education South Practice Area. Candidate must live in one of the following states to be considered for the South Practice Area - AL, GA, or SC.
