Junior Marketing Coordinator

We are one of the leading nonprofit fundraising firms in the area, dedicated to making a positive impact in our community. We are seeking a motivated individual who enjoys giving back to join our nonprofit marketing team.
As a Junior Marketing Coordinator, you will work closely with our fundraising team in planning, coordinating, and executing fundraising initiatives throughout the local area. This role offers hands-on training to learn the intricacies of event management and nonprofit fundraising campaigns.
Responsibilities: Assist in developing and implementing marketing campaigns and strategies. Ensure exceptional customer service at events with the promotional marketing staff. Drive client acquisition, lead generation, and brand loyalty through sales activities at events. Participate in rigorous leadership training with the potential to manage your own events and projects for new clients. Provide consultation on client compliance. Perform additional responsibilities as directed. Qualifications & Requirements: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on customer service and organizational/time management abilities. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, working both independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines. Experience in marketing, sales, customer service, retail, or advertising is advantageous.
