Exceptional attention to detail Able to work in a team environment Self-starter, needing little supervision. Strong math/mechanical aptitude. Strong work ethic. This Jr. DEVELOPMENT TECHNICIAN position will be located in our Research and Development Facility. Primary responsibilities will include:

Operating ceramic core presses and injection molding machines. Processing prototype parts as required to meet customer requirements, including through hand finishing operations. Processing of additive manufacturing of components used in the manufacture of wax patterns and ceramic cores. Responsibility for standardizing/documenting procedures. Working closely with engineering and other technicians, with a common goal of producing quick turn core, pattern and casting solutions in support of both internal and external development projects. Performs and documents a variety of preventative maintenance and troubleshooting activities, as required. Complies with all EHS rules required for the work environment.
