Jr. Recruiter

Job title: Jr. Recruiter
Location: Texas (remote, but must be based in Texas) X-Bow Systems is looking to hire an enthusiastic and hardworking Junior Recruiter to assist with our recruiting activities. As a Junior Recruiter, you will be responsible for posting job applications online, examining résumés, screening potential candidates, and setting up interviews. You will work directly under the Sr. Recruiter and assist with all recruiting-related duties.
Responsibilities: • Coordinate interview schedules and logistics for candidates and hiring managers.
• Assist in the management and utilization of our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), with a preference for experience with ApplicantPro and Paylocity.
• Screen resumes and applications to identify potential candidates.
• Assist with job postings and sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
• Support Sr. Recruiter and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the ATS.
• Assist with other recruitment-related tasks and projects as needed.
Requirements: • Previous experience with schedule coordination in a recruitment or HR setting. Even better if that experience is in the aerospace/DoD field.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), with a preference for experience with ApplicantPro and Paylocity.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
• Bachelor's degree or certification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
