Job summary
Looking for an IT Technician to join our team at Edgemere in Dallas, Texas.The IT Technician will provide hardware and software support.Position involves coordinating with internal and external resources for troubleshooting and system improvements.

Responsibilities
• Desktop support including installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance.• Maintain network printers, peripherals, and network closets.• Log trouble tickets, handle vendor liaisons, and assist with equipment changes.• Complete special projects and comply with regulations and company policies.• Attend work and meetings punctually.
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent.• 2 years of experience in end-user computer support.• A+ Certification and PC troubleshooting/repair courses preferred.• Experience with Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office Suite, and troubleshooting printers.• Knowledge of IT concepts and network operation and troubleshooting.
