• Coordinate ranging from simple activities to more complex plans• Provide onsite/on-call assistance to end-users• Troubleshoot computer OS/peripherals• Handle different PC operating systems• Perform hardware/software installation• Support printers and MS Office tools• Provide excellent customer service• Support a variety of technologies and services• Troubleshoot Windows, Apple, and virtual operating systems• Manage time and resources to meet expectations
Requirements
