Monitor and maintain critical equipment handling switching, routing, and perimeter devices like firewalls. Ensure optimal performance of IT systems, focusing on unifying communications, messaging, and identity management for a seamless user experience. Provide timely and high-quality resolutions to IT incidents, enhancing system efficiency and minimizing downtime. Support and maintain server infrastructure, including technical debugging and addressing email security, archiving, and cleansing services. Stay abreast of current and emerging information security threats and challenges, implementing proactive measures to mitigate risks. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure a coordinated approach to infrastructure support.
