Requirements
• Experience with computer OS troubleshooting• Knowledge of Windows 7/8/10, SOE, and group policies• Field experience supporting technologies and services• Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows, Apple, and virtual operating systems• Excellent end-user computing and infrastructure support skills• Analytical and problem-solving capabilities• Detail-oriented and well-organized• Strong communication skills• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment• In-depth knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office applications, PC/Laptop hardware, peripherals, and mobile devices• Basic knowledge of Active Directory, Exchange, Apple OS, and SCCM• Relevant certifications or 2+ years of experience• IT background and willingness to travel• Freelancers can apply
